19 July 2008 ... Swing Patrol is proud to present the sixth annual Australian Jitterbug Championships on Saturday July 19th 2008!

2 August 2008 ... Swing Patrol turns TEN this August and we have a lot to celebrate. It has been an adventure that has involved literally hundreds of amazing people and dancers. From the first class of 23 people at the Rising Sun Hotel in Sth Melbourne to the current team of 50 teachers and over 90 troupe members across Melbourne, Sydney, Geelong and our baby school in Tasmania. Help us celebrate at the stunning Melbourne Town Hall on Sat August 2nd, click HERE for all the details!

11 October 2008 ... Don't miss out on the FUN as all our brave dancers take the stage and perform for their fellow dancers, friends and family. Join us at the enormous and spectacular Collingwood Town Hall and enjoy what will be a performance night primarily (with some social dancing). The focus of the evening is really just appreciating, applauding and cheering on all of your dancing friends as they take to the floor!

14 November 2008 - 16 November 2008 ... Nov 14th -16th 2008. The Sydney Swing Festival was a huge success in 2007 and will take another great leap in 2008. The weekend also features the annual Sydney Jitterbug Championships.

20 November 2008 - 23 November 2008 ... Vincenzo Fesi and Isabella Gregorio are coming all the way from Italy to take Melbourne by storm for a Swing Workshop on November 22nd-23rd 2008. Stay tuned for the details but make sure to keep the date free!

7 December 2008 ... Head to your local op shop and pick out the worst possible outfit... to celebrate the end of another fantastic year, we are throwing a party at Viva Cabaret Restaurant and Bar on Sunday December 7th. Take part in the games, dance to the fabulous music but make sure to grab a drink at the bar. Stay tunes for more details as they develop.
